Roland-Fort
My name is Ariana Roland Fort. After a few Coaching company name changes over the past 3 years, I finally landed on one that embodies what I want not just my clients, but everyone I come in contact with to feel…SECURE.
I was born/raised/educated in So. California. I’m the oldest of 4 children. I grew up mostly with my mom & stepdad and visited my dad & stepmom in the summers. My parents, all four, did an AMAZING job at showing me that co-parenting CAN in fact work!
At the age of 27, I packed up my white Toyota Camry one winter day and drove clear across the country to the Washington, DC area. Did I have a job? NOPE! Did I have a place to live? Last minute, yes! Did I have unwavering faith that everything would just work out? ABSOLUTELY! And it did…Still is.
I’m a wife, newer to the prayed for journey. I’m a mother of two beautiful girls and a little brother. I coparent with my husband, as our first daughter came five years before he & I met. I was a coparent with my oldest daughter’s father for 7 years before he was tragically killed on his motorcycle in 2022. So working through grief on many levels and navigating the world of a blended family has been a newer journey in our household. Very eye opening.
I’ve taught elementary/middle/high school. Wanting to create a different space for our future generations, I moved on into the mental health field where I currently work with grades Pk-12. I then pursued an extensive coaching course, at first to just add to my “tool box” of life…UNTIL I saw that I could reach so many more people in a way that the school buildings would not allow. Now, I’m able to do both, creating win/wins in the world!
Is this the life path I personally would’ve hand picked for myself? NOT AT ALL! However, my love, trust & faith in God is undeniably what makes me believe that I’m right where I’m supposed to be. I feel safe & secured. Sharing & creating tools that work in an authentic, vulnerable, worthy, and powerful way brings me so much joy.
